We want to work with you to make sure that your property gets the right and best presentation. We take time to make sure we get the right photographs and do our best to make sure that the measurements and descriptions are all correct. We always design a floorplan - and never charge you for any of the marketing.
We get to work
Once you are ready to go and we know when viewings can start we 'Go Live'. WE will display your property in our window, upload to our website, advertise on the portals and most importantly start to connect your home to our list of buyers already registered to view properties like yours.
Michaela was brilliant from start to finish. We had a buyer who dropped out a week after making an offer and we were in the middle of negotiating for our new house, Michaela got two more viewings and two offers within a day of the withdrawn offer. Buying properties is usually a lengthy process however Mia helped to make ours extremely swift (we completed 2 months after our offer was accepted) and her cheery nature also made it enjoyable. We were slightly sceptical when she gave us such a short completion date time frame (sorry for doubting you Mia lol) but she was great at communicating with us, and the relevant parties, to ensure the process moved along quickly. Throughout a protracted and often difficult transaction we were lucky to be able to rely on Malcolm and his team's cool heads and professionalism to ensure the sale completed. Even when there was a lot of tension his considerable diplomacy ensured we got there in the end. It's very likely that without his help the whole thing would have fallen apart. He's still assisting us with additional queries a couple of months after our sale.
