David was great from start to finish when we were buying our flat. He was very knowledgeable of the local market and gave sincere advice. We not once felt pressure from him, as we have with other agents, and he was extremely communicative throughout the whole process and called regularly with updates or to check on how things were progressing on our end. I would definitely recommend Stanford Estates to any seller who also cares about the buyer's experience.

They told us exactly what they reasonably expected our house was worth (and it was more than we thought) and sold it on first viewing for the asking price. The team at Stanford’s are second to none - this is the third time we have used them to buy/sell properties. Their local knowledge and pricing is spot on. But where they really come into their own is with supporting the conveyancing process - without them our recent sale would have collapsed as the solicitors were at stalemate. Although I didn't end up offering on a property from Stanford, I wanted to note how helpful, informative, and courteous they were with me. They were excellent with providing information to me, notably during viewings where it was clear that they were prepared and knew their stuff. The properties were showed me were good quality, it just so happened that they weren't the 'one for me'. Only have positive things to say regarding Stanford.
