1. Your Valuation

Phone one of our offices and speak to a local agent who knows your road (and possibly even your home). Make an appointment for a free valuation with an experienced individual who will meet with you. There is no obligation and you don’t have to take anything further.

2. Our Proposal

Once you’ve met with us we'll put everything down in writing for you and give you the space to make the right decision. When you're ready and know that Stanford Estates are the best fit for you, we will need to settle on the best price to market your property for a fair fee. We NEVER charge upfront, and our terms are based on NO SALE, NO FEE.

3. The Photo Shoot

We want to work with you to make sure that your property gets the right and best presentation. We take time to make sure we get the right photographs and do our best to make sure that the measurements and descriptions are all correct. We always design a floorplan – and never charge for any of the marketing.

4. We get to work

We will make sure you're happy with the way we want to present your property before we ‘Go Live’ with your home. A viewing schedule will be agreed and your property will be displayed in our window, uploaded to our website, advertised on national portals and most importantly our Consultants will start to connect your home to our list of buyers already registered to our mailing list for properties just like yours.

Communicate

You're ready to move, so we know you'll want to know how things are going and what interest your home is getting. We'll talk to you often, sometimes daily, and keep you updated all the way.

Professional photography

It starts with the right light and an excellent lens, but these mean nothing without a good eye. Our photographers are trained to use the best equipment to achieve a great shoot of your home.

Property brochure

Copywriting is tough so its often overlooked. At Stanfords we combine our great photography with good copy to draw buyers attention to your home's quality and features. Add in well drawn floorplans to highlight the layout and we're going to achieve maximum impact for you.

Property Sale Board

Should never knowingly be overlooked. A throw back to the 70's that still works today. The simple Sale Board bares its fruits from passers by and impulse viewings. You shouldn't be without one.

National websites

We expect property portals to make up approximately 50% of viewings that you'll receive when your property goes live. Stanford's advertise on all the big portals (and many smaller ones too) to ensure we squeeze everything we can from online activity.

Branch Displays

Our high street locations are specially selected to get maximum impact from our bright window displays in your area. It fascinates us as to just how many persons walking by stop and peruse the property available every single day.
