Registering is important to ensure we have your details. We can then inform you of exclusive properties when they come available.
We do our best to make sure that only relevant properties will be sent to you. However, we try to show a little diversity in case something grabs your attention. At times we will call you to check that you are still looking and make sure that your criteria hasn't changed.
All our viewings are in person at the property. That way you get to see the property, its surroundings and understand what your commute might be like.
When making an offer, we'll do our best to ensure you understand the terms of the contract that you'll be entering into before taking a deposit.

Fees & Terms
There are no fees associated with the initial letting of a property. However, there may be costs incurred for breaches of the tenancy.
The asking rent does not include charges that may be payable before and/or during the tenancy, therefore you may be required to make one or more of the following permitted payments:
• A holding deposit (up to one week’s rent).
• A tenancy deposit of five weeks’ rent.
• Payments associated with early termination of the tenancy when requested by the tenant.
• Payments to service providers in respect of utilities, communication services, TV licence and council tax.
• Other payments, permitted under appropriate legislation, including damages.
